how we were involved

JKS Realty successfully marketed and sold The Granderson a building comprising 64 units with a mix of residential and commercial spaces.

  • We  provided valuable consultation to the developer on various aspects such as unit mix, design layout, color schemes, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Our team took charge of conducting pre-sale deficiency walkthroughs and buyer deficiency walkthroughs, ensuring any issues were addressed promptly.
  • JKS Realty efficiently coordinated all move-ins, facilitating a smooth transition for residents.
  • As the designated strata manager, JKS Realty efficiently managed and oversaw the operations of the building.

Lavender Square

Lavender Square is the first of a four building development Site.

  • JKS sold the property to the developer and subsequently marketed and sold all 35 units of this mixed use , loft style condominium building
  • Our team consulted with the developer on unit mix, design layout, color schemes, pricing and marketing strategies
  • We sucessfully conducted all closing procedures.

  • JKS assembled the parent properties and sold them to the developer
  • Our team sold all units and assumed strata management after the sale.
