Meet Jason Kahl, a seasoned Managing Broker and Realtor with a diverse career spanning over 30 years. Jason has established himself as a trusted and respected figure in the field, earning the admiration of clients, colleagues, and industry professionals alike. He has been a Managing Broker and partner of Kahl Realty and now JKS Realty & Property Management for 20 years and prior to that he was the Managing Broker with both Keller Williams and Ocean City Realty and a licensee with Sutton Group and Re/Max.

Jason has been active with the Real Estate Board in several capacities including Chair of the Victoria Real Estate Board’s Commercial Division, Chair of the BC Commercial Council and have also been a member of numerous committees and task forces.
